Chi è Roberto Bianchi? Nato nel 1969 a Cibiana di Cadore che si trova sulla strada che da Tai porta a Cortina d'Ampezzo. Nella magnifica comunità del Cadore già ricca di tantissima storia, arte e tradizione quel piccolo paesino oltre ai "murales" ha ora un motivo in più per diventare tappa obbligatoria per chiunque si trovi a passare da quelle parti. Appassionato ed attratto sin da piccolo della natura alpina, della flora ed in particolare della fauna selvatica che circonda la sua terra, come gli si presentava l'occasione si faceva portare nei boschi e sulle Dolomiti, in mezzo a paesaggi meravigliosi ed incontaminati imparava a conoscere camosci, cervi, caprioli e galli cedroni. Come posseduto da una passione irrefrenabile e da una vocazione interiore, iniziò da giovanissimo a riportare le sue emozioni su tela, trasformandosi in breve tempo uno dei più importanti pittori del settore. I suoi quadri sono esclusivamente ad olio e la tecnica coltivata è assolutamente realista. Roberto alla pittura è riuscito ad abbinare un tocco poetico che difficilmente si è in grado di imitare; non esagero affermando che i suoi lavori hanno un'anima, ti trasmettono l'amore per la montagna e per le sue creature.
Roberto non ha frequentato scuole o accademie, è un autodidatta, specifica con vigore che non ha mai seguito mode o stili e neppure ha subito l'influenza d'altri colleghi. La sua pittura ti sconvolge nell'intimo quando vedi l'alito dei cervi che bramiscono, o i fili d'erba che sporgono dalla bocca del capriolo mentre pascola o lo scuotersi dall'acqua di un cinghiale nello stagno rimani senza parole. Hai come l'impressione di entrare nel quadro, di vedere veramente quello che invece è dipinto. Prevalentemente Roberto dipinge animali selvatici e paesaggi, ma a volte fa rivivere quel piccolo mondo antico fatto di povera gente lavoratrice e indomita che vive in montagna. Ti stupisce la sua tecnica inimitabile che imprime alle sue opere un fascino quasi fiabesco. Tutto, dalle ombre alle luci, ai particolari in generale sono curati con estremo gusto ed eleganza. Nulla è trascurato o lasciato al caso. Dalle nuvole all'abbigliamento d'epoca dei cacciatori, al sorriso schietto e genuino delle donne, non è possibile rimanere insensibili guardando i riflessi che hanno negli occhi i camosci che dipinge arrampicati nei magici paesaggi alpini. Dopo aver conosciuto a fondo RoBi ed aver ammirato molti suoi lavori, è difficile capire come un artista tanto bravo possa essere così modesto.
Da alcuni anni Roberto Bianchi ha trasformato la pittura nel suo lavoro principale dedicandosi totalmente alla sua passione di dipingere, ma non ha trascurato la bella moglie Laura che gli ha dato, tra un quadro e l'altro, due opere d'arte anche lei, Luca e Sofia.

Mostly Roberto paints wild animals us and landscapes, but sometimes ago to live again that small made ancient world of poor working and indomitable people that she lives in mountain.
